iREIT®-MarketVector™ Quality REIT Index provides exposure to high quality US listed common and preferred equity securities of REITs while ensuring sector diversification.
For common stocks: Full MCap of at least 150 mln USD. Three month average daily trading volume of at least 1 mln USD at a review and also at the previous two reviews. At least 250,000 shares traded per month over the last six months at a review and also at the previous two reviews. For preferred stocks: Full MCap of at least 75 mln USD. At least 200,000 shares traded per month over the last six months at the current index review.
Universe
Companies have to be included in the iREIT Equity REIT-100 universe.
Diversification
Components are weighted equally with a tilt toward stocks selected in the Higher Quality REITs bucket.
